I started yesterday at like 4 am because i was hit by my childhood want to be able to do the splits, and because my joints are kinda painful already at only 19, so i just kinda got up and tried this a little. I was not able to touch the ground yesterday, i did it again today and i was actually able to touch the ground with my fingertips, really surprised me ahha 🙂 It does seem to be working if i can already get my fingers on the ground. i want to be flexible, so I'm gonna keep at it 😛

  4. Honestly, with the first one I don't feel anything in the Hamstrings, I only feel it… on the inside of the thighs? Like, close to the hip, from the hip-flexor to the back of the leg… Not sure what that's about, but thanks nontheless (:
