  2. Man, I hate dips but need to start doing more. 50% of the reason I hate them, I seem to have to use a false grip. Otherwise, it seems to agrivate my left thumb. Also I find body weight exercises the toughest… been trying to get good at other hanging exercises… been training a year now after losing 100lbs. Might be hitting some kind of plateau.

  3. Black dudes dumbbell press rom was wack. Also wouldn’t it be better for the Chest fly to have more tension at the bottom than at the top, as the stretch is more growth promoting.

  5. The incline press is great for both the upper chest and the front delt but the incline° does matter below 35° is more chest and above 35° is more front delt in my experience.

  6. I have tendinitis in my right shoulder. When I do barbell benches my hands need to be closer or my shoulder is sore for days. With a close grip I can do pretty much what I want.
