  2. This is a great video! Thank you for this. I have worked at a computer for about 30 years now and really need this. I hope to do it at least once a day. The chart you created of the upper and lower back exercises makes it even easier to do ! I’m going to check out all your videos now 😊

  3. Just started! Wow that last hip stretch feels so good, I had no idea I was so tight there. Am sore in some new spots in my back that I haven't felt ever before so it's definitely doing something!

  4. What if I cannot get both my back and arms up against the wall, along with ny leg laying flat and thw towel behind my back? Do I continue to perform the exercises or are there alternatives? Thanks.

  5. this actually worked, i now feel way better my mobility has gotten better and i just feel way more confident. I did it for 1 day and already saw great results, i really recommend it to people who sit all day at the pc, it really makes you feel more alive.

  6. Oh man, this should help me. My neck is really stiff. All last summer, I dealt with Lyme disease, which affected all my joints and neck. I've been going to PT for my neck, and they showed me some good stuff. I'm supposed to see a neurosurgeon because the PT guy said he knew someone who developed neck stiffness, and it turned into Parkinson's disease. I sure hope it's not that. I don't think it is. Lyme can affect you for years afterwards. I do have spinal stenosis on my left side so that could be causing the problem also. Thanks for these exercises.

  7. This video really helped me, especially with the formation!!! This is the perfect explanation video so thank you so much for that. I do sit for long periods of time being that I am a full-time receptionist also part-time cab driver. This has been one of my worries, as I already have that exact posture that you’ve shown in this video. I will be doing these exercises 2x a day. I do have a question though as to How can I remember or stand up right or sit up right being that I’m so used to it? It’s become a habit? Are there any tips? & also the back of neck has been really hurting & causing headaches… hopefully these exercises help, but can you make a neck exercise video? I know it sounds silly…

  8. Love this!!!

I am a chef and I’m bent down over a cutting board all day. I often get a pinching sensation under my left (non dominant) shoulder. I would love some ideas about how to stretch and strengthen those muscles to help balance out all the neck craning I’m doing
