  1. I’m used to Superman supersets (antagonistic muscle group workouts). I’ve never seen the bi-tri exactly at the same time. Rather I do them after the sets. One thing about antagonistic muscle groups is flexibility. Spindle nerves that bind the muscle are loosened when you flex the antagonistic muscle. For example loosening the hamstrings by flexing the quads. Edit: second with these types of supersets I find starting with your main movement first and any hypertrophic movements in alternating muscle groups. For example: squats, DL, leg extensions, hamstring curls. Sorry, I couldn’t think of a main/secondary for bi-tri. I just think it’s all hypertrophic and working on different heads .

  2. Darum wird man auch gesund alt, weil man so fit ist….. habe neulich bei einem Umzug geholfen, der Pumper war beim Sofa auf der zweiten Etage schon reif für das Sauerstoffzelt……. bin 60 und immer Natural trainiert…… traurig für die Jugend……das das die neuen Vorbilder sind 😢
