I love hollow body crunches
she is wrong, static overloading is the best for core strength you don't need to carry walk with any weight do sit ups etc., just do 750-2000LB static rack pulls holding the weight until it falls out of your heads and over head squat lock outs with 600+ LBS like I do and you will have the strongest core in the world like me
I just spam leg raises and do knee raises when I can't do leg raises anymore, if it gets too easy I will just do l sit leg raises.

I totally agree!!!!! I could do all the crunches laying down or the laying down leg ups and nothing I mean nothing got me further than hanging leg raises and Im still practicing on L sit.
