basically if anybody is a law enforcement employee, the general public will ignore any accusation until its to late, the sad part is that it's not the first time this has happened and oviouslly wont be the last.
What's amazing is that judges allow these people back on the street without regard for public safety. And what is a shame is that the police may have been protecting him, which seems to happen a lot.
So this is quite the sick fucko, and there is absolutely no way nobody could have known he was such a sick fuck, pretty sure with a decent psych eval it would have been obvious, or would have been after some time, and someone like this, also former police officer, is let go on bail ?
I've known for some time the US is basically a country regressed back to a banana republic, but all of this just shows that once again.
The US is a joke, the system, government, society, it's all shit and a joke, justice, police training, quality, transparency and accountability, penal/rehabilitation, healthcare, education systems, all jokes. His police department investigated their own and surprisingly didn’t find any wrongdoing. The entire department is the same as that murderer.

They passed my sister on I-5 a few miles before they finally got the car. Seeing her car in this video is crazy and so glad nobody else on the road was hurt. Such a sad situation all around. So glad the baby was ok.
