When you receive your drivers license you agree to provide it to the cops during a traffic stop. If you’re just walking down the street, causing no problems, the cops are NOT legally allowed to ask you for your identification. At that time they have to give you probable cause for you have to present it.
Don’t hide in a porta-potty, and you won’t have to smell piss.
I always want to know from people which specific Constitutional Right they believe is being violated? Which of their Miranda Rights are being violated? Whichever one it is, that’s to be argued in Court, which will happen in the next day or two. Nothing is going to be changed about getting arrested once that decision has been made, but you just being detained? That you can control. If you don’t fight, argue, etc, you may just end up as with a Citation. If you fight and scream while being detained, it’s a guarantee you will be arrested. Relenting may leave a bad taste in your mouth, but waiting to fight the injustice at Court will allow you to at be at home while you wait, or you could be in jail. You choose. We don’t see many body cam videos with cooperative people because that would be boring as Hell. There’s a lot of people being detained, so a certain amount do cooperate, and not getting arrested. As being a frequent Body Cam viewer, struggling isn’t going to improve things, only make them worse.

1:18 Kyle, you do have the first amendment right to freedom of speech. Handing over your ID to a cop who gave you a lawful order isn’t covered by freedom of speech. Not sure who told you that one but they lied. If you are driving a motor vehicle on a public roadway and a cop stops you for violating a traffic infraction, you must provide them with your license, registration and proof of insurance. You don’t get to say “no” and failure to ID yourself will bring you another charge. After saying no and fleeing police to get away on foot is another charge, on top of resisting arrest. You’re over here racking up charges like Pokémon cards and still inaccurately claiming that you’re protected under the first amendment 😂😂😂
