This is a very clever excersize, reminds me of wringing out my clothes.
You can literally use a stick and tie a string to it…literally what we had for gym. Faster and easier to do
Athlean X you are the genius , i tried this exercise and i used the same technique " Rolling " with other objects. it's the key for bigger forearms.
I do these as a compound exercise. Do it standing up with a homemade 2×2 board, a dumbbell, and a piece of rope.

Could this be done palms up?
The next best thing for bigger forearm is easily done by lazy ass people in the gym who doesn’t put their dumbbells on the rack so I performed the “Farmers Carry” and do the work for them.

I do a similar exercise except I wrap the resistance band around my cack. Works great.
There are rollers you can buy so you don't have to use the entire barbell rack
I did this with the pronation supination movements for a year, now the thickest part of my forearms is thicker than my biceps 😅
My dad taught me this one as a teen, except I used a small rope through a hole drilled in a wooden dowel. I had forgotten about this until this video reminded me! Thanks for the tip with a dose of nostalgia!
Wrist rollers are not a new exercise, but this a very creative way to create a wrist roller device that has more stability than a traditional device where you don't have to tax the shoulders and can target the forearms while doing the exercise.

I discovered this exercises months ago and also bought a resistance band just for it, but i didnt know how to set it up, so i had to eventually remove the exercise. But thanks to you I now know how to set it up 🙂
How about a bar with a piece of cord or rope? Holding it out and doing the same thing should do the same trick

I have an issue when I ride my Harley motorcycle with my wrist hurting then my finger cramp and move on their own, how can I strengthen my wrist to prevent t this or is this condition not curable
