In all honesty I feel bad for the cop who was forced to make a decision but dude made it clear he had intentions to hurt them with the bat it could have very easily turned into pulling a gun from his waistband

This situation could been handled way better with better education and better officers. There was so many things that could solved this situation before fingers started to tapping.
