  2. 4:00 I have a pacemaker and love doing dumbbell press and flies. Nice and slow to feel that stretch is the way to go. It kind of… scratches an itch, but I don't worry as much about the device (although I am still careful) because of the way it was installed gives me full range of motion.

  3. just turned a corner in my workouts. I have had terrible painful shoulders for years. Following the form and joint information that you offer through these videos has allowed me to not only build my strength, muscle and endurance, it has also made my shoulder pain go away. i Have been working out for a couple years now, and have been able to increase my gym routine to 5-6 times a week with no injury or damage. As a 51 year old man with a very active and physical job this is super important!! Thanks for these videos. I hope you ar eproperly monetized through the youtubes!

  4. I like the band exercise at the end of the video but I don't know how to perform it. Do you squeeze the shoulders blades back or do use you're lats to pull?

  5. I have long arms and while my chest near my shoulders shows good gains, my center chest is really difficult to grow. I try what I see you do in videos but have not found an exercise that makes me feel it in the center. I will attempt whatever you suggest.

  6. Just did chest today and knew i could be doing something better.

Watching your videos is like going to body building church; you sometimes have to hear the same message for it to really sink in.

Keep up the good work. Thank you!
