  1. The absolute unquestioned GOAT teacher trainer and just plain good guy human being husband and dad. Still incorporate so many of his techniques and made great gains. Still watch his videos as reminders and see new things all the time.

  2. He died?!! I'm very sorry to hear that. Been watching his videos for just shy of a year now. Gave good, down-to-earth advice and always struck me as someone I would have liked to have known. Sad to hear that he is gone. Rest in peace.

  3. I like to watch John clips and videos of the muscle I’m training before each workout for motivation and advices, John always had the best advices, yeah buddy!

  4. It’s a testament to John and his family and friends that John’s unsurpassable knowledge and manner is continuing to be shown for us all to benefit and long May that be so. Much love and thanks too you all. Jim Harrison. Cheshire UK.

  5. Why the cheap resistance bands and woman showing off? I like your spider curl band. But other than that its back to default. I use abrasion (muscle) bands (parallelogram) not the basics elastic band which I am sure are so famous today.

  6. I have been going on john meadows marathons lately and trying some of the old workout vids and damn i miss him so much. Id give anything just to be able to hear him say "alright hi everybody" on a brand new video

  7. Family and friends of Mr Meadows – I hope you read all the comments sending our love of the great John. What a measure of a person to have so much effect on all of us commenters who continue to learn so much from him.

  8. Of course the rear delts respond to higher-volume, everytime you go walking or running your rear delts are firing, just like your calves respond better to higher reps than sets of 12 or 20, although your calves also respond better to heavy weights for short periods of time which is why strongmen, people that are overweight, and dads climbing ladders all day everyday have big calve muscles
