  2. I’ve been doing at minimum 700 calories on the treadmill every day usually within an hour I get around 900 calories most days but again atleast 700 I’ve stuck to this for a while km

  3. I am used to walking for 2 hours straight, when I decided to used the threadmill I felt dizzy after 1 hour training 10 deg inclined, 3.5mph. that machine feels so unnatural to me.
