scott deserved treatment,not prisoon.. the war on drugs is a cmplete failure[just like the prohibition of liquor[1920-1933]…it amazes me that a majority still favor this failed police–yet,change is slowly happening.. in my state,maine,pot is now legal[with some regulations]…. many other states have also legalized it.. all drugs should be legalized for adults.. 1 obvious reason is that prohibitions never work.. an incident of drug usage/sales should only be considered illegal if harm results..also sales to minors..
