lower back issues are mainly from bad form and poor core bracing. if you lack rom, use olympic weightlifting shoes or put little plates underneath your heel, get a wider stance or one that lets you sit lower, and squeeze the bar with your shoulder blades, while keeping your elbows back. another queue from tom platz is to stay tight and imagine you are squatting in chest high water, where you hold your breath under the water.

Jus pre-exhaust the quads with leg extensions and superset it into squats
Or do Bulgarian split squats for actual athletic resuls

Hi guys.. i have a mild scholiosis on my back. Some suggests that I shouldn't do back squat because it can worsen my scholiosis. However some also said it doesn't have any adverse effect to my back Bone.
So far I play safe by doing front squat instead, but problem with front squat is that it is not comfortable on your neck because the bar touches your neck and also the weight is not maximized because of limitation your wrist mobility
Any feedback?
