  1. I've just fasted for 24hrs…..found it really easy. I eat mostly carnivore diet anyway but at 1pm today I had my meal of bacon 2eggs some cheese and tomatoes…..is this an appropriate meal?

  2. 2nd time 24 hrs fast starts from 5pm-5pm. It is not bad at all. I will do it once a week from now on. I’m also a type 2 diabetes so I check my blood sugar every 2hrs to make sure it is in a safe range.

  3. I am 23.20 min in my fast!! I made chicken, chickpeas salad, avocado and blackberries ready… I had a great day, I drank a little bit of black coffee and mostly water. Only now I started having a slight headache but I am 40 min away from my goal! 🎉first 24hrs fast for me

Just remember everyone be careful listen to your body 🙏 and keep a close eye because it can quickly turn into eating disorder also remember it's not about the number on the scale because that can stay the same if you're building muscle that replaces the fat and makes you look smaller like you want to and hopefully you're still enjoying food please be safe❤❤❤❤❤❤🫶🫶🫶

  7. I'm fasting atm, hour 22! I'm very surprised that I don't feel tried and that I'm not as hungry as I thought I would. I get hungry but it only last for a few minutes before it goes again

  8. Last thing I ate on this fine Friday June 6 was popcorn and ice cream at 18pm which was my last meal , I normally weigh on average in the low 260s so hopefully my morning weight will drop from the lower 250lbs to upper 240s . I’m 6 hours into my fast as of now when I’m writing this

  9. I do 24 hour breakfast to breakfast fasts twice a week. Works really well for me because I have a don't eat past 6 pm rule and the last 8 hours of the fast I'm asleep anyway.

  10. I’m doing this twice a week now and it’s feeling great. Coming up on a full month now. Question… I’m doing this Monday 9am to Tuesday 9am and again Wednesday to Thursday. Should I change this schedule in any way for some reason?

  11. I do mine midnight to midnight. I’m on my second 24 hour fast this week. I got an hour and 36 minutes left. I just watched this video to help me stay strong, while I got this steak taco dinner sitting next to me rn

  12. Its worth remembering you dont need to go straight into a 72 hour fast. Im doing 1 day/week right now (Tesdays specifically) and the first time you do it, especially after a lifetime of poor diet, its hard man, its really really hard. But if you can tough out 1 day of fasting, the next, while not easy, is less hard.
