  1. Dont like swimming? Man, with those shoulders and arms, you must be powerful in the pool. Have you tried swimming on your back with straight-arm strokes. They'd be like lateral/delt lifts, except opposite. Pulling exercises.

  2. My most push ups is 46 but since i started going to the gym that number has gone down alot, even though my bench went up. Dont know why someone who knows please inform, thanks

  3. I usually do 3-500 puships a day but yesterday I only did 150.
    I have done over 1000 a few days but just do sets of 50 or 25 aftr a while
    Not one of you all thst can do 1000 at once. Super cool you can. Out
