I did when i could go number two for 4 days i drank coffee i drank tea i drank warm milke with cinnamon i ate nothing and for dinner at 5:30 i ate a salad with two peices of meat my daughter made and a fruit cup its doable your not gonna stave trust me your bidy haves so much stored fat that it will be okay i promise 24 hours isn't bad at all

    You cannot work or anything at that time, so do it on summer vacation if you have one.
