Who sent a boy wonder to do a man’s job?
Natural has to train harder
Jeff you’re 5’ nothing. Easy for you to pack on mass
Look at the meat on that leg!😮
i'm natural and my goal is a 700lb deadlift, i almost there and doing a video series on it on my channel

Most people want to lift heavy and look jacked. No you won't squat 800 lbs and look like Arnie, but you can squat 500 and look like Jeff or Will Tennyson, etc. These mofos are insanely impressive.
You don’t need a body fat to look big naturally if you are have genetically big frame. But for majority – yes, you will look small when gets shredded
Jeff Is not natural lol.
I have never even touched a supplement, and you can see how my arms looks like. Patience but also good genetics do play an important role.
You look super natty next to John lol RIP
RIP John.
Point 3 sounds like a depressing prison to me.🤷🏾♂️
Watching this in 2023 and still learning from John. RIP
Thank you
Lol the difference in their arms
1-3 lbs of muscle per month till genetic potential is reached is all someone should expect and those are good gains for a natty. sorry guys. its science
He says he is natural.
Bulking season Let's go!❤
I’m swole af all natural, everyone I come across think I shoot up.
I take it as a compliment
How about the number of sets per bodypart (Muscle) for Naturals? Is 3-4 exercises (4 x 4 sets x12 reps) ideal or will doing more that 4 types of exercises be considered over training that muscle?
FAKE NATTY ALERT ⚠️ 📢
Michael O’hearn – my favorite all natty! 🙂
One thing I have found that works as a natural better is working a muscle less hard but multiple times a week. You would still train at the same intensity but doing less sets per body part for that session. That way you gain all week as a natural vs only a few days a week using the more traditional one day a week splits as enhanced lifers do. You end up doing the same amount of sets per week for each body part but spread it out to maximize your protein usage.
The number 1 point is moot. Because a huge factor is genetics
Jeff is not natty at all trust me
If you’re juicing and you are not competing in some way you have mental issues.
Nippard looks tiny compared to John.
Tried sitting through this but only lasted five minutes. Love Mountain Dog but Jeff Nipard has the personality of a stale ham sandwich 🥪
RIP
I’ve been a natural lifter for about 1.5 years now. John’s drop set and forced reps have showed me that a plateau for naturals can always be overcome by tweaking the training approach! John is a great teacher!
I’m bigger than both and natural I don’t even use protein
Number one mistake naturals lifters do is staying natty🤣🤣🤣 awesome content John what a legend
Good video!
jefF is nAturAL HAHAHA! as if!
The smallest bodybuilder I've ever seen telling everyone that they can build bodybuilder type muscles naturally. I'm not sure I believe him.
jeff has big arms for sure and then there was John. It definitely is a great example of just how massive these olympia level players are.
