  2. It is definitely discouraging some times because of so much information out there. Every way of changing your diet people will say it's good while others say it's bad. Every food people argue about if it's good or bad. How to exercise and lose weight has varied options too. There are so many opinions, but what is the truth? I'm in my 40's now and it's so irritating because if I cheat even a little bit on what I eat I gain weight. I've been doing low calorie, low sugar for some time now. However I often end up feeling a little hungry at night. Then I also end up board with what I'm eating at some point and then I just end up wondering what to eat. It's just not very simple anymore.
