  2. I eat lots of fats(avocado, fatty meats, nuts, olive oil)… they make me feel full and happy…. If I don't have them I feel like I"m staving and get brain fog. I've lost over 30 lbs down to 171lbs. I hardly have any carbs at all, I don't even eat fruit, except for avocado and berries and jalapeno's. Avoid the lean cuts of meat and the skim milk if you want to feel full and happy, while losing weight. Losing weight doesn't have to feel like your starving and miserable, if you have enough fats in your diet you will enjoy dieting.

  4. P.S. about supplements: This is not true, there's a supplement (its name is orlistat in german) that inhibitis resorbing fat from your meal. Your stool will look weird, but it will definitely cut down on your calories.
    I'm a medical student and I had this in my studies, never heard about it from influencers 🙂

  6. Bro i ate so much today.
    I regularly eat less in diets but today i ate more.

    I ate 120g rice and 2 pieces of white bread ( 30 g ) with 15 cherrys and 1/4 of the apple

    And two homemade tacos with 2 biscuits.

    Can i lose some weight today if i worked out for 45 min
