  1. 9:49 – this should have been done right away when this smarmy manipulator playing dumb started this ridiculous shtick. He knew what he was doing the whole time. And that rant about respecting the cops, and this cop, and America – he meant quite the opposite. He was laughing in this cops face and disrespecting him from second #1. Its very bad for the rule of law and for an ordered society to have the cops standing down like this and having knobs like this walk all over them just so that there is a slightly better chance that the ACAB folks will stop hating them. No ACABS are going to change their mind because cops are wasting their time being timid and indirect. So glad the supervisor stepped in and let this man know he will be arrested if he fails to identify himself

  2. You only have to watch a bunch of You Tubes to know the "I don't answer questions" ends really really bad. Be pleasant be professional cop's are just doing there job. Goes a long long way. Take you ticket do online school no big deal go home and sleep in your own bed with no other charges. I'm 70 I have been driving for 55 years never been arrested never got a DUI. Been pulled over about 15 times got a few speeders also got alot of warnings. Play the game.

  3. 10:05 "You're required, "Pennsylvania vs. Mimms", to provide your license and insurance." The SUPERVISOR really said that! It's hilarious police officers always cite Pennsylvania vs. Mimms and don't know any other supreme court rulings. Pennsylvania vs. Mimms established police can mandate a driver to exit their vehicle and they can perform a pat down search of the driver. It has nothing to do with a license or insurance lol

  4. Is this guy a prince or something? Or the son of a cartel boss? Why are they being so sensitive with him? He knows what he did, the cops know too and have it on camera😮‍💨

  5. This guy just doesn't understand the laws of this country. Maybe the BMV should have a section in the driver education that explains the procedures of a traffic stop and what you are lawfully required to do such as produce a license so the officer can identify you.

  6. The Officer in charge did a real diservice to this guy as well as the community. If he handled business right away, it may have sent a stronger message.
All the pussy-footing around made this guy feel like he had power. He's obviously been coached by other immigrants.
