If it is not why was I amongst millions of Asians made to wait for many years with the US Immigration demanding a wazzu of requirements documentations and medical tests that cleared us from any disease before being allowed to jump into a plane to cross the Pacific Ocean headed to our ports of entry?

She knows that entering the country illegally is a violation of US Code. The Federal Code calls those people “Illegal Aliens”. They are in the country without having the appropriate legal immigration documentation. That is by definition “Illegal”!!!

Only owner of land on the planet is God and humanity responsibility is to nurture and prevent no harm to the land. I am an advocate for humanity, not by any religion, class, nationality, race, gender, etc. We all have a birth right and free will to be on planet earth. Since ancient times communities and the planet was properly protected and supported by humanity. The issue is that somewhere along the lines of the evolution of humanity and civilization we got outta touch with our purpose to protect and support our communities and earth. Therefore to discuss immigration issues is immaterial because it is the outcome of imprpoer practice of governing communities and protecting our planet properly. So the immigration issue…as well as most national laws that were and are designed for the protection of humanity, communities, and national societies have been flawed. Only societies that are behaving the proper way are tribal societies by maintaining their original traditions and practices that have been passed down by their ancestors. Majority of non-tribal societies are corrupted by powers that are driven by power, greed, and mistreatment of humanity. Unfortunatly this will not be solved in our lifetime. The answer is rooted in lessons from history and spirituality.
