Great stretches. Thank you my lower back feels better already. I will do this regularly going forward.
Many of these stretches I cannot do because I have arthritis in my knees which limits my mobility. I cannot put any weight on my knees for the floor exercises and can only bend them a little past the 90 degree angle. I would love stretches that gave alternatives to those exercises.
