  1. ALL modern phones have a feature built-in by the company that's called an "Battery Management System" (BMS) or in other words, 'overheat (and/or) overcharging preventer'. The charging management systems are supposed designed to regulate temperature and prevent overheating when during charging. Once your battery hits 100%, the BMS identifies that it is at capacity and automatically stops drawing power, it's as a automatic cut-off.

    Concluding, it cannot overcharge pass 100% to cause damage your phone battery.
