If I lived in this town I’d make a Certificate of Appreciation and present it to the policeman who caught this dangerous criminal for exceptional heroism and professionalism above and beyond the call of duty with a balloon bouquet and a golf cart cake. There will be no end of HQ jokes about this episode. The neighbors must have thought there was a serial killer loose in the ‘hood.
