  1. We should also occasionally straighten our elbows during the day to avoid pinching the nerve in our elbows over time and developing cubital tunnel syndrome (numbness and tingling in the hand). Can be done by letting our arms rest at our sides when not having to type or use the mouse.

  2. Hi doc, thank you for this video! I have everyday high pain at low back and neck, I cannot find the right position. I think We are the same height (around 184 with shoes)
    Can you share with me your height desk in sitting position? I would like to know especially your distance between chair and top desk! Thank you in advance for your reply!

  3. Hi sir, I hope you are doing well. I am using a standing desk for a few days now. I just love working on my pc while standing up. I usually stand for 50 min and sit for 10 min (as a rest). Is it okay if I continue this for 5-6 hours a day?
