Without colonization there would be no water systems in subsaharan Africa. So its not surprising the ANC can't manage a water system installed by a different society. The ANC should fix its water system without any assistance from whites or Chinese or anyone else. We need to stand on our own two feed as Africans. Khayelitsha is a fake township, it is a squatter camp filled with refugees from the rest of South Africa. The residents there don't pay for anything. This video is deceptive — it makes it appear as if Khayelitsha is just an ignored part of Cape Town, when it is basically an illegal shanty town. The news show conveniently leaves out that fact, because it makes it look like Cape Town is racist towards its normal residents. The more water and toilets that are provided by whites in South Africa to Khayelitsha, the more the population will increase as blacks flee from ANC run parts of South Africa. The entirety of black South Africans want to flee ANC run parts of South Africa and relocate to Cape Town.
