He’s pronouncing it the way it’s spelt in English, but that not the person’s name. He mentions the Irish name, but he’s saying the name correctly using a (poor) Irish accent. How would he pronounce the Irish name Siobhán using the spelling he’s looking at? For those that don’t know, it’s pronounced Shiv-awn. Just goes to show how ignorant people can be.
