Most times a person isn't going to have an attorney on retainer when they go to jail. Getting attorneys are tough if you don't have a lot of money when you go and readily available. Mike. Wasn't it you that said pleading the 5th wouldn't work or do I have you mistaken for someone else? You have to sign your name to stuff when they take you in unless you want to go directly to the hole and freeze your ass off for the whole stay and add extra charges and raise your bond even higher. My pregnant ex beat the shit out of me with pots and pans throwing drinks in my face to blind me so I couldnt see the attacks coming and I clearly couldn't defend myself for very obvious reasons
She went to throw a heavy wooden chair at me and ig didnt realize the weight of her own mom's furniture and wacked her face with it as she tossed it across the house at me
Since she was bleeding and I pled the 5th they took her story as fact and tried to sentence me to a year in prison
Ive never committed any crimes I have a clean record so they let me go on bail for a few hundred bucks, still have a clean record since they expunged our court case from my record
Oh to top it off I couldnt submit my photos of my injurys I only got pictures off fter being help in lockup for the weekend, I didnt get to review any of the polices body camera footage that they used in court to show her statement and she was so angry the whole time they made her physically leave the court room to stop making herself look even more guilty
Such bullshit and underly ridiculous just make sure you get your side of the story out or they simply may not let you
This was in Ohio so we got alot of judges that will take the women's side regardless of the situation or evidence to the contrary

Personally i would trust a full blown rabid dog, then trust you. Number 1. if an officer ask you to get out of the car. This is kaw, you gave to get out if car 2. You must show proof of insurance and a driver's license.. most people end up with more charges when they listion to your advice( stupidity). They call 911. The refuse to do anything, they call 911. 80 % of people pulled over, their license is suspended, they have no insurance, they hsve drugs and or alcohol. Next in line the officer is racist. I've been living at the back of a store for over a year and a half a property manager tried to kick me out I didnt leave police arrested me and gave me a PTA . Could they do that !? Like I said I'm homeless I've been at this spot for literally two years . If I stayed at anyone house for over a certain amount of time they'd have to evict me why not in this situation!?
