Halfway through the exercise, sweating, out of breath, core is burning, muttering "what the hell is wrong with you chloe" for making me do this then remembering that im literally doing it to be like her so i shut my ass up and continue with the workout🙏🥀

I honestly wasn’t feeling the burn on my lower body , I was feeling it on my hand so badly

please make your breaks a few seconds longer the "rest" period is the length of time it takes to switch positions
