  1. Lean thigh challenge from March 2019, only the leg workouts
    — Day 1 (04.08.2025): So I don't want to get fitter or something at the moment, I just need workouts that are enough movement that I can sleep well but not so much that I get muscle ache, or in other words workouts that'll help me finish my master's thesis. As I don't have much time and as for my sleep my legs are the important thing, they tingle when I don't move enough, I'm only going to do the leg workouts, not the ab ones. (Why are there always so many ab workouts in Chloe's challenges anyway? :D)
    Today went well, made me sweat, felt something in the legs but wasn't hard, felt good. If I wanted to get stronger it would maybe be to easy but for my purposes it's perfect.
    — Day 3 (20.08.2025): I was like "ugh, I should do something before I go to bed" and I surely wouldn't have done anything if I hadn't remembered that I only do the leg workouts and that they are not that hard. This one went nicely and the other one won't be a problem either, I'm sure of it. As it is much better to do something than nothing, even if you don't do all the workouts, I can highly recommend this procedure!

  2. Its my 3rd day of lean thigh challange..
    Day 1: yeah there was muscle pain but not much
    Day 2: muscle pain increased lil more still i managed to finish my workout
    Day 3: managed to complete day 3 it was way more challenging. I was thinking to give up in the middle but hats off to me.
    ( i can’t see much changes in my body cause its day 3 only but yeah there was lil cellulite on my belly upper navel area .. i can’t see it anymore)
    Day 4: it was more challanging .. the workout duration is of 30 mins but i did it in 50 mins. Anyways, slow and steady wins the race
    Day 5: i was thinking to skip today’s workout.. but i pushed myself and finished it.. i can see some changes in my body.. not much but i am feeling lighter and my core got little toned.
    Day 6- every workout were optional, you could either do or take rest. But i managed to complete.. it was really hard tough
    Day 7- it was a rest day.. still i did walked on treadmill for 15 mins
    Day 8- it has 4 workouts in program for 50 mins.. i almost died but somehow i managed to complete ..
    I CAN SEE GREAT CHANGES IN MY BODY: my abs got toned slight 11 line abs visible, my thighs got rock hard, still have to see so many changes.. lets complete the programme ❤

    ❤ – 2019 2-week shred (2nd time around)

    💙Day 1 – First time trying this video after doing the 2019 shred and taking a two day rest. I think I’m going to do the shred again on alternate days. For this video – my hips are awful and not flexible, so all the side moves are hard and painful for me. Hopefully, the more I do this, the better they’ll get. Also, I listen to a different musical each workout to keep me going. Today: The Scarlet Pimpernel.

  6. Day4 : 2019 slim thigh shred program. out of breath but i can already feel better than day 1. i can perform a lot of exercises much better now. thanks Chloe

  9. 1 day:✅ there is a very small change which is not visible you really have to be attentive so it is normal on the first day there is no change continued

    2 day: ✅ today there is a very small change but we have picked it up very strongly as I said yesterday it is progressing but it is not yet the result that I am expecting
