  1. Great tip. I always have salmon or chicken marinated and portioned in small ziplock bags then freeze them. I let it thaw naturally when I want to use them. I buy the big container salads or spinach, add my protein then take lunch for work. My coworkers always ask how can you manage cooking everyday but as you said it doesn’t take a lot of time and energy!
