y’all i know he said only apply sunscreen in the morning but it really depends on how often you’re in the sun.
If you’re frequently outside even for a few minutes throughout the day, try reapplying sunscreen every 2 hours.
Also reapply every time after you sweat even if it’s water resistant.
Avoid the sun between 10-4pm as it has the highest UV throughout the day, you can get your vitamin D in the early morning or later afternoon.
Not only should you apply it to your face but to all exposed areas of your body. Sun protective clothing is better and should be your first line of defense when considering sun safety. Consider UPF ratings which tell you about how much your clothes are protecting you. Btw don’t neglect your scalp, if you aren’t wearing a wide brim hat, then invest in a scalp sunscreen (like a powder sunscreen or mist).
I think your shoes should not add contrast and should be the same color as your clothes becaues it makes you look taller.
