  1. i do it because of join inflammation.. thank for a lees good advice – reason for doing CP- after Gym- or 2hr bike tripe– or cold food bath after long work hour and your feet is swelling 😛 and then have strengths to walk 2hr whit the dog after ;P and im on my weight lost journey after bad join pain.. it work great 11- week – and 11kg off – im not giving up the cold shower

  2. I'm at the end of a 7 day water only fast. Light workout (EMOMs) every day (afternoon when sleepy) followed by cold plunge (35-45deg) for 4min. Im pretty healthy and athletic, but was 10lbs over goal. Wondering if the cold plunge also stop weight loss. Have any resources or studies or thoughts on this?

  3. I do a cold plunge for 20 minutes every day, typically I'll skip for 30 mins and then run 5 km, immediately, both of these exercises are immediately after the plunge.

I live in Cancun, its hot.

Lately people have been telling me how bad it is to do this, in the order that I do.

    Thoughts?

  4. One click-bite said 500% increase in T levels lol , and this guy was 50 year old has 1400T levels, I dont know is that was sustained during the day ir just after cold and excersise

  5. What if you ice bath before and after a warm bath with a hot shower in-between with a sauna session and then a hot bath before bed but not before one more cold plunge followed by a hot shower and milk and cookies?

  6. Would it be okay at night cause I workout right when I get up in the morning then I have school so not really time for one (would I get the same muscle recovery benefits)
