  2. 2 years ago, I broke up with my 6 years relationship and I was so broken mentally. Your workout were so useful and makes me stronger. It is not just workout, it is confidence booster.
    Last year I had surgical operation and after that I stop doing workout for a long time. Now I am on track of your challenges.
    Every time you said "You got this" I feel motivated. Thank you for sharing such amazing videos.

Hi Chloe, I'm very grateful for your workouts videos, it helped me so much, I started since 2021 to do your workouts, following your schedules, and feeling comfortable with my body, I left to do exercises for health reasons, I was overweight and my sugar blood was too high, I returned to do your workout routines and I lost 8 kg in 6 months , due to my lifestyle I ate junk food and rarely ate clean, now I'm healthy and happy with the lifestyle that I created by myself. Hi Chloe I love your workouts so so much and I am starting on Jan second 2024 by the 31st of December my goal is to lose 7kg I’m 47kg right now and I hope I achieve my goal because even though others don’t see me as chubby I want to do this for myself to become the best version of myself.   5. Over the past two years, I stopped working out because of stress from school and I was studying for the college entrance exam. This meant that I didn't have time to exercise and I gained a lot of weight due to the stress caused by failing to pass the entrance exam for my dream university. I started binge eating and now, in college, I weigh 56 kg and I'm 5'0 ft tall. My friends bully me and even my best friend told me I was almost buried underground. Worst of all, even my family sometimes mistakes me for being pregnant, which is hurtful. That's why I'm starting to change and I'm going back to the Chloe Ting challenge. I hope to get back my old body and continue working out consistently.

Ngl i thought it was never gonna work for me but i started a little more than a month ago doing a lot of different videos and i lost almost 6 inches (15 cm) at the hips and shoulders, 2 inches (5cm) at my waist and underboobs,1.5 inches (4cm) at my arms and overall i feel stronger and more confident in my body ! I didnt lost any weight but i still see the huge difference in power and in my clothes
