  1. lol the MGM
that casino is OK its nothing like mohegan sun but its a nice little place
that brings in all sorts of bs to springfield now.
im not shocked at all that this place made it into the bodycam world

  2. That’s a pretty pathetic outcome, this whole situation would destroy the life of the average person and cost thousands and thousands in fines and court fees but this guys barely got a slap on the wrist

  3. What a joke. The officer on the scene did everything correctly, but he still got off with a slap on the wrist. I know good people who have also made bad decisions, have done much less, and the resulting consequences upended their lives. Not surprising but definitely a reflection of the times. We deserve what we tolerate.

  4. lmao of course he was promoted. so you prevent him from driving during the time he has to behave, and you honestly think this is the first time he did this?
things like this and people like him are why a lot of people who want to support cops, view them as jokes.

  5. Sucks when you mean no harm just made a bad choice and need little compassion and a break and the officer is dead set on busting ur ass.

  6. Comments talking about lock him up and all that meanwhile he took full responsibility for his actions, wasn't in the right state of mind and when he was, he learned his lesson and got off lucky like he said don't judge people based off their mistakes judge them on how they respond and act on that mistake.

  7. He did not take responsibility! What about the person he hit? There was no mention of him paying for that damage! Why are you stating he took responsibility? I lost all respect for you.

  8. Kentucky had to pass legislation because there were so many false DUI arrests and they absolutely RUINED those people’s lives. He gets 3 days off. That’s bullshit.

  9. IM special just turn off the cam, AMAZING OFFICER!! Thank God for honest police officers!! Im so glad to see this guy take 100 percent ownership in illegal events that he was responsible for!!

  10. Unbelievable how corrupt they really are and yes he should have been charged with hitting a vehicle and leaving the scene, just goes to show how disgusting this is, if it was anyone else, they would have had the book thrown at them but since it was a sheriff who probably had dirt on the court and his superiors, they let this all slide, well done Massachusetts

  11. Proves that Apparently Cops can bend and twist the laws set for all of us, and they can get away with a wrist slap , whereas the rest of us would immediately be placed in cuffs on the ground, searched, and charged with as many charges they could come up with. And They wonder why even White people now are starting to not trust any police officers.

  12. Driving an agency vehicle drunk to a casino? Then wearing a shirt displaying the fact you're a sheriff, while intoxicated and at a casino? I'm a big supporter of the cops, but man, this is incredibly gross. It's also extremely disrespectful to the community. He talks about being Nick Cocchi and looking in the mirror, your job was untenable after that incident, and you should have resigned. That's what the man should have done.

  13. In other videos where this happens, the Sherriff is fired or forced resignation. So this actually wasn't a good outcome and if he's dirty enough to want camera off to talk about getting out of charges because of his status in law enforcement he's already lost.

  14. Why wasn’t his license suspended for one year for refusing to do the field sobriety tests, like anyone else would have? I feel he was treated with kid gloves because of who he was. When cops break the law, they should be treated like anyone else would!
