They made sure that reservoir was empty as well as the fire hydrants…..they made sure the fire departments budget was cut severely in order to not have the personnel they needed for these fires along with 450 fire trucks sitting to be worked on but because she slashed their budget they couldn’t afford to have them fixed!!!!!!! This was all planned…….they want that land just like what they failed to do in Hawaii they want that ocean front property!!!
