In the very first scene, the "doctor" spouts nonsense. The post-partum woman needing iron is more likely to get it from the meat her husband favors than the vegetables the doctor recommended. The body also finds it more difficult to absorb plant iron.

There is something wrong in this movie, in those years was not well seen a very young woman coming out of her house for a dating all by herself, I mean, it was a costume that the male friend or boyfriend pick her up at her Home, and at the end he was going to leave her at home. Besides, the daughter behaves like a teenager of this century. By that, I couldn't stand this movie.
