  1. I like to shadow box with even 5 pounds on my hands each. And, yea to perfect the intended motions. To build those muscles to give those intended motions. And, breathing. Breathing is like the steroid ingredient for any athletic endevor.

  2. What can i do if im too anxious and have too much thoughts and even when shadow boxing I can't focus properly and im trying too work on everything at the same time at speed. And my body just doesn't feel the technique even tho I've been training for 1 year
