My son is a police officer and this is an ongoing issue for me. Why is that lady police officer there was is she there to pick his stuff up but still get paid the same these people who want to be police officers should have to go through some sort of an apprenticeship. We shouldn’t be hiring people because we have a race or gender quota. Two years of school and two years of on the job training and if you’re not qualified, you don’t get hired hiring people just because they’re a female, and this country requires equal opportunity. Well that’s fine but if they’re not qualified, don’t go hiring them because you have a gender quo out of me if they’re not qualified what are they doing there?
