  1. Bro you should Go *Full Blown Calisthenics @ least for a month or 2, That's where the real Strength is 💯, Test yourself your,life, your strength. Decline,1 Arm, Hindu, Plank, Clapping pushups, (Muscle ups) 250+ body weight squats

  2. I’m 60 and about the same weight as you with 14% body fat, but could only make it through three sets of this, but what a terrific work out. I was huffin’ and puffin’ but will do this workout again! 💪💪

  3. Well everything is ok but we have to be realistic i cant do that because there is n space to change death lift to a bench press even in a gym, he is doing that becaise the place is wmpty and het set up prior to this video..
