  1. I am on my third back surgery but at 52 I want to start weight training and get in good shape just don’t want to look like a man if that makes sense I need to lose 40 pounds

  2. I am new to the channel and i love the resistance band exercises. I am over 50, and my goal is to strengthen my core and overall body. But my starting point is very low. So from this perspective i wanted to leave a couple of comments: 1. Walking with the band on my legs doesn’t really engage my gluteus, because my core is very weak. What works for me instead as a warm up is – walking with a lightweight ball squeezed between my knees.
    2. I appreciate how fit the person is on the videos, but for the sake of women like me I would love to see an average women, not strong, doing “adjusted” exercises side by side with instructor.
    If you could find a 50-60 y.o. mom to volunteer getting in shape while demonstrating her efforts on this channel i think this will be more motivating for women like me.
