  1. I've been looking for a good workout to do with these bands. I just got them today so after not doing any workouts for over a year I'll start easy with a 10LB band to get used to them (I've never done any weight training or used and kind of equipment.). I'm currently 19 years old and weigh 113kg. So severely overweight. I gained a lot after a long depression phase, so i hope to lose some weight before my graduation ceremony next month. It doesn't have to be much since it's not that much time until then… I still hope for at least slight visual results so my dress looks better on me!

So my goal for now is 3-4x a week for 30 days, 10 minutes warm up before, then this workout and a 5 minute stretching cooldown. I'll also count calories and reduce sugar intake.

If I don't forget I'll update on my results after those 30 days. I've often struggled with consistency so i hope this time will be different than my past tries. At least im motivated to try harder. 🙂

Update: Due to extreme heat waves and a sick week I've not done as much as I wanted, however with the amount I did, I lost 1.5kg. I cut out on energy drinks so I had less sugar intake. Didn't pay much mind to foods though yet. I think if I keep it up and also eat healthier this will work really well and I might lose more. Might now also move on to the heavier bands finally. 🙂

  4. can someone tell me whether this would build big muscles? I am a woman and I'm scared of bulking up cus I'm already quite wide. just wanna loose weight and maybe get toned but don't want heavy muscles

  5. Sir, you have said that at least 48 hours gap should be there between two Resistance bands workouts, my doubt is, is it okay if there be a little lesser than 48 hours time or should it be exactly 48 hours?

  6. Hey, just finished my first band workout with you! I so appreciated how you explained all the workout so thoroughly! It is so good to have a good workout as I am in quarantine hotel in Taiwan!

  7. Thank you so much for this work out session but My resistance tube is breaking while doing the shoulder pres this is the third time . Which resistance tube you using kindly share the link to buy the same

  8. Sir, I am totally new to resistance bands workouts. I am 54 , have just started doing thrice weekly dumbbells alternatively with two days cardio. My doubt is can I do thrice weekly dumbbells and alternate with twice weekly resistance bands workouts? But the body won't get rest of one day inbetween right , to recover? I would like to do both dumbbells and resistance bands workouts every week, but how do I fit them into a five day weekly exercise program? Also what weight of resistance bands should I buy? Thank you for your reply.

  9. Decided that I'm going to do this every day for 30 days. I'm nearly 28 years old, 5'11 and 195lbs. I want to lose 14lbs in time for a trip in April. Will do this along with daily yoga workouts, a healthier diet (but still maintaining maintenance calories) and playing 6-a-side football (soccer) every Sunday. Will comment my progress in 30 days

  10. i was obese at 14 (280) and I worked out for 2 years and went down to 180 at the age of 16 and now im 17 and im obese again, i lost all my strength and motivation so ill do my best to get back to working out starting today. This is day 1 of trying this workout and ill come back tmr to do it again and again until i hit back my 180 mark; currently 290 lbs, wish me luck <3

  11. I really would like to try this; however, my body isn't used to doing moves like this. Do you have a video for folks that have limitations( I just graduated from pt and trying to keep up with a healthier way of living) thanks in advance

  12. I'd love this if there wasn't so much talking lol. Like there is no way you can do it continuously if you have to listen to him talking. I dont mean this to be mean at all. Usually a demo is great and then get into the exercise. Appreciate the time it took you to make this video though!

  13. I am not a mother, but this video was great and extremely helpful. I love the fact that he explains everything thoroughly and does not rush. My goal for 2022 is to get myself back in shape and get down to my goal weight. This video was perfect for what I been looking for!
