  2. Hello Mr.Bully Juice, can suggest something or a way I can complete some of the same exercises standing or sitting higher up. I tore my Quad, mMeniscus, and ACL May 1, 2024 in a freak accident by hugging and rocking a long time ex-coworker. We started to stumble and the next thing I was on my butt. I didn't remember the wrist or fall that is how quickly it happen. The 2 teachers that was also there couldn't stop the fall because it happened so quickly. I have been on crutches since May 2 of this year. I am hoping me being off it did some type of help.Yes, I can walk still it doesn't hurt because I can sit but not allowed to bend, squat, or twist. Can you suggest something for me when doing this if getting down ir required. I have been going to Physical Therapy but, limited to the same workout oh and I have been still working everyday. I didn't want to get stiff. I am also limited to lifting of 15lbs only for now and now trying to walk without my crutches. Doing well just not long distance yet like a mall walking. Sorry everyone for this being a long message but, enjoyed the workout all that I could do. Completed it twice in a day. Thank you all for any suggestions and I am trying to hold off surgery until when school is out in June or July.

  3. hey mr bullyjuice and i found one of ur workout videos and did one of ur workout videos with no equipment a year ago or more and i just did 2 of ur workout videos with the 20:32 and the 5 minute chest workout and was going to do the third video but am going to do that close to my bedtime and i just wanted to say ty sir and also if u haven't already if you could have the narration voice software or app have it said 30 seconds break or break time cause one of the videos that was 20 mintues and 32 seconds i didn't know had changed mid workout in terms of the 30 seconds in between the rest and workouts
