  5. This is great advice for life itself, and for me especially with ADHD… some days are great, some days not so great, but we're always moving forward! I find it helps to manage this day by day, as well. When you think of "the rest of your life" it can be a bit… daunting, but tackling it one task at a time, whether it's a meal, a moment, or a job, that makes it a lot easier. MINDFULNESS!
