Many people don't have more children because they can see that the country is overpopulated. So those in power are intent on flooding the country with even more people from across the world.
How many children do you have? Less than 3? Don't worry, replacements are incoming.
All developed countries have the same problem with low birth rates. Women are more sensitive and more climate hysterical, which affects childbearing. But expensive housing and high costs of taking care of their children also have a negative impact. Christians have more children. When a society leaves its Christian religion, it has a very negative impact on childbearing. The fact that young girls rarely have babies will prove to be a disaster later on. Politicians can quickly worsen the conditions for the family. But they cannot quickly increase childbearing. If the woman says no, there will be no children.

Who wrote the books telling people that career came over children? Single sexual life was better than marriage and family? Who brought to the forefront feminism, homosexuality, the trans agenda? Who condoned it in the press and entertainment industries? Whose charities brought them here? Who made public opinion influenced so far left that all this was accepted? Who peddled the schoolbooks? Who taught the teachers in universities? Who influenced our governments to allow this? Who propagates endless brother wars and controls all the finances for all of the above? It's nothing to do with people not wanting kids though, its simply a very sensible thing NOT to do if it requires the couple getting into serious debt in order to have them. There is too much demand for everything, so now everything is thusly extremely unstable and expensive. Population cannot continue to rise indefinitely on a planet with finite space, clean water, food, housing, land and other resources. Literally every other person I know that has multiple kids have shit lives, live in awful areas, never a man around and the kids are dragged up with few prospects. Kids these days are too busy dreaming about becoming TikTok famous to worry about caring for the elderly one day. You've got it all wrong though, it's nothing to do with an anti birth sentiment, it's literally about what's feasible for each person and mortgages, childcare, full times jobs and the cost of living is already hard enough on us all, let alone kids.

I already accepted that I won’t get a state pension. With the way the Netherlands’ population is radically changing. So no money will come into the state treasury, we only need to pay the free loading SoBs and thus we have to keep working until our deaths because leftwing idiots, wanted immigration and stupid environmental policies. And as a result r@p*d our once beautiful and unique countries. Frankly, I am also not contributing to the gene pool. But such is life and frankly I’m happy because I wouldn’t want my kids to live now. What a dreary, fake existence we lead these days.
The fact of the matter is we broke human nature when it comes to mateing, with the pill, erosion of marriage, and feminism. Women want to marry up, Men will happily marry down. By putting women on equal economic footing with men, and removing the consequences for being promiscuous, they are not interested in the average guy. They only want to mate with the top twenty percent of men. But those men have a constant carousel of women at their fingertips, so why would they settle down? Even if they do get a woman pregnant and she wants to keep it, again, they have carousels of women, so they will just pay the child support, but not settle. This has resulted in a torrent of broken homes with single mother households, further degrading healthy relationship dynamics for those who are born.
Modern transport and the rise of dating applications has thrown this unstable and destructive dynamic into critical self destructive overdrive, as women's selective nature can now span the entire state or country, with access to more men they could ever possibly date, where before selection pressures would quickly creep up In a local community.
Marriage was the mediating mechanism that kept things in cheque. Not allowing sex before marriage, and having it being a lifelong bond, meant that the top 20% of men married quickly and were out of the eligible mating pool. Women would then adjust their expectations accordingly As the consequences of being too selective start to close in. It was not about keeping women oppressed. It was about aligning men and women's interests forming strong family dynamics. Women got the guarantee that they locked a man down and would be the sole receiver of their resources to look after their offspring, and men got a partner they could mate with, with assurances that the offspring were theirs and theirs alone. The consequences of breaking this arrangement were grave enough for both parties to discourage breaking this social contract.
Women would scorn other women that were promiscuous, abusing their attraction and mens drive to mate to take up more then there fair share of male resources, and men would scorn other men for trying to take advantage of women just to have sex, often forcing them into marriage should they get a woman pregnant. The fact that every human civilization has had this arrangement in one way or another shows that it is a very important aspect of human relationships To keep things stable.
But the UK immigration numbers far exceed the numbers required to stabilise the population levels due to the poor UK birth rates.
We wouldn’t need 1.5 million new homes if it was just about stabilising the population.

Not enough jobs here though + more being taken over by ai gradually, these newcomers will be depending on Welfare Benefits or doing jobs that are v low paid, not enough to pay rent.
China had the "1 child policy" for decades…so I guess they aren't as unhappy with this result as one would think.
We also have to consider that AI will eliminate many jobs in the nearest future.
In my humble opinion 2-3 kids per household won't be a solution – mass migration isn't either.
