To be fair the first “stolen” license plate they found from Aruba probably isn’t stolen, they do sell those down there as souvenirs at tourist trap gift shops. My mom got me one when she took a trip down there when I was a kid. The second plate was probably stolen though.

Thats embarrassing to see them cops scared and acting like the dog was a viscous killer. Thats why they cut out the part when the lady got the dog from the car.
