How can the suspect kidnap the cop if the cop got into the passenger seat so the cop need to get fired and two. I’m confused as how the cop got kidnapped and why he jumped in that car like that seriously where’s the cops gun taser handcuffs? I’m sitting here laughing but I am truly confused here in this situation. He might not be fit to be a police officer honestly, if I was his chief, I would sit there and laugh at him.
