  2. nah this time i’m dedicated i started and going strong after 3 months i just eat 1 portion of dessert a week as a prize ( i’m skinny) but otherwise workout 6x times a week eat 3000 cals minimum already gained 4 kg of muscle (İ’m clean bulking so.. yeah it’s hard to get gains)

  3. Bro you literally can get in shape by yourself be in 300 – 400 calorie deficit , prioritise protein,fiber , burn at least 400 calories by exercising or weight training , enough sleep 8-9 hours , less calorie dense foods
