  1. You explain it all slowly, and giving time to try them out first, You do a great job with knowing just what is needed. Like how seem to choose most of the movements I need most, and am sure may would agree!

  2. I appreciate that you show a more or less regular average person demonstrating the exercise, not an Olympic athlete. It gives you more motivation to think, "If they can do it, I can do it!"
